Your satisfaction is important to us.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods – without giving any reason. It is important that your cancellation is received by us in a timely manner – the date of your email or letter is the date that counts.

Return only in original condition

Please note: A return is unfortunately not possible if:

• the product has been opened, broken or damaged (except for transport damage)
• the original packaging is missing or damaged
• the product is no longer in intact, possibly sealed packaging

How does the return process work?

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the purchase contract will be converted into a reversal. This means: You must return the unused goods to us within 14 days of the withdrawal – please include the original packaging .

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund of your purchase amount

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible – provided the item is undamaged. Should the item show visible damage or signs of wear, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund value.

The refund will be made once we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
