All prices stated on the product page are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the legally required VAT.

For shipping within Switzerland, you have the following options:

• PostPac Economy – Delivery in 2–3 working days: free of charge
• PostPac Priority – Next business day delivery (if ordered before 5:00 PM): CHF 8.50

There are no additional taxes or hidden fees.

Price adjustments and promotions

We reserve the right to adjust prices and conditions as needed. The prices published on the website on the date of the order always apply.
As part of special promotions, the small-quantity surcharge may be temporarily waived or reduced – we communicate such offers transparently in the shop or during the ordering process.

Delivery times

We deliver our products exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The delivery time is – unless otherwise stated for the product:

• PostPac Economy : 2-3 business days
• PostPac Priority : next working day if ordered before 5:00 PM

If it takes longer, we'll notify you in a timely manner. If we don't notify you and you don't receive the goods, you can, of course, cancel the purchase.

Partial deliveries are possible if a product is temporarily out of stock.

If the delivery is unsuccessful despite three attempts, and this is not our fault, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
