The afa™ Restorative Gel Max 19% is the most intensive of the three afa™ Restorative Gels and contains 19% afaLUXE™. This amino acid treatment supports skin cell regeneration, stimulates collagen synthesis, and improves moisture retention, skin relief, as well as tone and texture. At the same time, the gel assists in the treatment of hyperpigmentation and age spots.

Active ingredients

• afaLUXE™ 19 % – a combination of filaggrin-based amino acids that supports skin renewal and helps improve skin structure, moisture balance, and barrier function.
• Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) – supports collagen synthesis and the skin's antioxidant protection.
• Urea – supports moisture retention and helps to keep the skin supple.
• Dead Sea Minerals – mineralize, refresh, and support the skin barrier.

Who is afa™ Restorative Gel Max 19% suitable for?

The afa™ Restorative Gel Max 19% is ideal for dehydrated, mature, and photo-aged skin, as well as for hyperpigmentation and age spots.

Application

Apply to the face in the evening after cleansing. The Gel Max 19% should only be used after an acclimatization period of approximately 6 weeks with the Restorative Gel Mild 11% and Gel Plus 15%. Apply sun protection during the day.

For gradual treatment, we recommend:

• 1st–3rd week Gel Mild 11 %,
• in the 4th–6th week alternating and increasing Gel Mild and Gel Plus 15 %,
• in the 7th week, Gel Max 19% three times a week and Gel Plus 15% on the other days,
• in the 8th week, Gel Max four times a week and Gel Plus on the other days.
• From the 9th week of treatment, daily in the evening Gel Max 19 %.

Important: The afa™ products must not be combined with fruit acid-containing products from Gly Clean or Gly Skin. For subsequent care, the pH value should not exceed 6.0.
