The Retinol + Blemish Complex regulates excess sebum production to soothe existing inflammation and effectively prevent the formation of new blemishes. At the same time, collagen production is stimulated – for a strengthened skin structure and a visibly reduced appearance of blemishes and acne scars. The powerful combination of 0.25% retinol and 2% encapsulated salicylic acid makes this product ideal for oily, acne-prone skin.

Application

Due to the unique effectiveness of Retinol + Acne Complex, application should be done gradually.

  • Apply a thin layer 2-3 times a week following the Getting Skin Ready® program.
  • Increase the application gradually – up to daily use if your skin tolerates it well.
  • Combine the cream with ZO's Hydrating Crème to further soothe and care for your skin.
  • During the initial retinol adjustment period, you should use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily.
  • Medical supervision is recommended.
